"The property was beautiful and very picturesque. The area around the property was very nice and safe and and short walk to variety of restaurants. Now the negatives- the pool water was freezing and not useful. The environment was very sterile. No sound or noise. Great for reading a book but not enjoying a pool environment. The service delays were long. We would go to carvoeiro agin but not the tivoli."

"Location was excellent - easy reach of beach and restaurants and we had a wonderful holiday. However, the Nau Swimming Pool was over-run with children and families so we did not use it unfortunately. Further negatives were that there was a dirty nappy left on the balcony from previous occupants and we had to continually go and ask at reception for towels (not enough were supplied and were not replaced until we asked) and also for toilet roll (not enough was supplied and it was not replaced without asking). Another annoying issue was again regarding the supply of the shower gel and body lotion - we had to ask at reception for this to be replenished when it ran out but this should have been done automatically without asking during the cleaning/ normal maintenance. Also, the patio doors on the lower floor where the bedrooms were did not lock so we ended up having the shutters closed for the whole stay which was not ideal."
