"Right from when we arrived at reception, everyone has has been extremely nice, the receptionist the bar staff the cleaners everyone, we couldn’t ask for. The room was lovely and clean, the bed was really comfy, the bathroom was spotless as was the room itself, we had tea and coffee making facilities, there was plenty of wardrobe space and hangers, just perfect. "

"Our room was spacious and gorgeous. The bed was really comfortable and big! We were in a Premium King Room. The bathroom was large but it did also smell quite badly of damp. The only negative was the car parking. None available on site and not able to drive up to hotel so we had to bring all our luggage from a neighbouring public car park. Unfortunately the lift wasn't working at the car park so we had to carry 3 suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. Parking was 18 British pounds per day, pay and display, and we had to keep going back each day to pay for another 24 hours. Overall though, a fabulous hotel in a great location."

"The room was very clean and the location very quiet. We were travelling for an event and had to get up very early so missed out on the breakfast. The room was perfect for what we needed, the bed comfortable and we slept well. It was great value for money and we would stay here again."
