I had not received any online communication wrt combination for key box and subsequently had to try to talk to TravelNest who were apparently the booking agent even though I booked through Hotels.Com. "Lovely house very high spec! Good location for either using car or bus for Teignmouth and Dawlish. Only negative was not been able to use hot tub on first night due to problem with previous party!"

"A perfect place in the countryside, house is newly renovated, great facilities in the kitchen, all rooms with baths, beds were very comfortable, and the hot tub at night was just amazing. Highly recommend, wish we had more time to stay!"
