"For the money it is a good location. Not far from Paraa where it is 3-4 times more this hotel ot is a bargain. With little improvement could be a super deal. Even so it is a good deal. They have good restaurant with good fish or chicken and chips. Ladies serving and hotel ladies are providing good service. Management helped with check in and our needs in rooms. Some things in the rooms needs to be corrected but for the money I will stay anytime there again. This was my second time staying at the...

"It was very amazing The beds are well organized, the air-conditioning good, the bathroom clean and shower great. The walkable is great, the property is safe ,quiet and clean "

"This is a potentially good place to stay, but they should have ensured that everything was working before they opened. "

"Everyone was on slow motion. Most of the food on the menu was unavailable and it took them forever to bring it. And the man and the bill was confusing. "The property gives you high luxury in the middle of nature. But what makes the place exceptional is the services given by staff. They treat you like VIP from arrival to check out. I have done a lot of travel and hotels but this was so far my best experience. It brings two worlds together and it’s absolutely have to visit place if you are looking for safari lodges"

When I saw the hotel and did not want to stay in it, the hotel management had no problem to refund me the money but that person has refused to refund the fee that he collected from expedia, even...

"My reservation didn't come up on their system. We had to wait a long time for this problem to be solved."
