Overall the hotel was okay. Location was not so great as between the hotel and the beach is an area that looks like a dump. Beach is easily accessible though, but immediate surrounding of hotel s not nice. Breakfast is okay.

The staff were extremely nice. The clubs in surrounding areas make a terrible noise, but its the same in all over Budva.

First time in Budva
The location was fantastic! Only a few steps to the boardwalk and a short walk to the old town. We spent a few days walking over to Mogren beach to escape the heat. The boardwalk can feel a bit touristy and loud but a few steps down closer to the water there is a nice promenade with a ton of restaurants that leads right to the old town as well. The hotel itself feels very new and clean with good sized rooms facing the water.

Fantastic rooms
My room was huge, modern and very clean. My only gripe was that I got two single beds which were very small. Location is great, right by the beach and short walk to old town (I could see it from my balcony). The area behind the hotel isn't very nice but I think that's just Budva. I'm Vegan and breakfast was limited but not impossible for me; I could have the grilled veg, bread and fruit.

Modern hotel close to the beach.
I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, the room clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet well stocked and tasty. We also tried the evening buffet which for €10 a Head was incredible value. I could not fault this hotel,

Almost humorous because so many things went wrong
It's a new high-rise with sleek, modern rooms, but beyond this there is little to recommend. The sea view from our room was over the top of two rusty derelict buildings. The walk to the beach was a rough path between the derelict buildings and a temporary parking lot. The dining terrace was small, mostly occupied by smokers and had no sea or beach view—and was next to the kitchen service entrance where vehicles loaded and unloaded. The swimming pool is indoors, small with the ceiling about 4 feet above the water, and accessed only by steep steps unsuited for handicapped or children. Our room had a notice which asked not to put luggage on the table—but there was no place other than the floor to put luggage! We were told that information about hotel amenities (usually in a boolket in the room) was on the TV—but the TV didn’t work. When they replaced the batteries in the remote so that the TV worked, the only information was about another hotel! There is no control on parking in the small underground garage so you can easily get blocked in, which happened to us. Not a place we will be returning to!

The hotel is situated in the newer part part of Budva, but close to the Old Town, (you can walk to it within 5 minutes or so). The newer part of Budva is busy, and the hotel is situated behind a fairground and the main beaches which are very busy. There is some noise later at night due to the night clubs close by. The hotel staff are very helpful. The rooms are comfortable.

Apparently quite new hotel and very high standard. High quality bathroom fittings, high room ceiling, comfortable room chairs and excellent breakfast. Great value. Breakfast slightly let down by cordial rather than fresh juices

Great, elegant hotel
Great hotel, very elegant & tasteful interior design. Friendly & helpful staff! The only negative point was that the public pathway to the beach is under construction, but this can only be a matter of time. We had a great weekend!

Fantastic facilities, location but overall - staff at reception were accommodating, helpful and friendly - except for one night time experience (quickly resolved). Staff speak Very Good English, Russian and I assume other languages. Recommend this this hotel for comfort and its location to the markets/restaurants on the beach. Hotel internet faster than in many UK hotels - great to get work done

Very good hotel
The only complaint I have is that even though we asked about the spa area, (which was said to be open), when we got there. Both saunas, the steam and finish, was cold so we had to wait some time for them to heat up. I think one could expect them to be turned on 19:00 when the spa closes at 21.

Nice hotel
This hotel is nice and clean. The facilities are good and it has everything you need. The only thing that lets this place down is the staff. I am hesitant to write this review as the manager was very lovely and he went out of his way to make me feel welcome and to check how everything was going. The other staff members just seemed a bit unfriendly. If you want a nice and clean hotel then this place is great and I would still recommend it but would just warn someone staying here that you aren't going to get the friendliest service from most of the staff. Location wise it's about 1km walk from the old town, 700m from the bus station and is basically on the beach and there is an esplanade with restaurants and shops 100m away. There is also a shopping centre really close by.

Wonderful Experience
This was truly a treat! Very sleek, modern hotel, with great size rooms and exceptional service. We enjoyed an afternoon using the indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. We had a nice balcony overlooking the beach. The boardwalk was a short walk, and only about a 10 minute walk to the old city. The breakfast was also superb, they offered hot and cold buffet options.

Idéal plage et visite
Hotel à quelques pas de la promenade de la plage et de la vieille ville. La chambre avec vue mer et sa terrasse étaient agréables. Le personnel était très sympathique et professionnel. Le petit déjeuné est varié et avec des produits de qualité.

Bracera experience
Although I sent a message, they didn't prepare dinner for first night. There was a curfew in Budva and we couldn't find anything for eat till next morning. But, the employees from the next day were very kind and hospitable.

Todella hyvä kokemus! Saatiin iso huone, joka oli todella siisti ja tilat hyvässä kunnossa. Palvelu todella ystävällistä. Ainoat parantamisen varat olisivat olleet kylpyläosastolla, joka ei ihan vastannut kuvia, sekä ruoan suhteen!

Fint nytt hotel nära strand. 15min promenad till gamla stan.Bra rum med allt du behöver delvis havsutsikt be om rum högt upp.Det fanns fin pool o bastu som vi inte hann att prova.Frukosten var ok

Sentralt og fint hotell, serviceinnstilte
Flott hotell, store gode rom, moderne. Flott utsikt når du får et rom som er vendt mot sjøen. Svært sentralt og gåavstand til både gamlebyen, bade-båtene, taxi, buss og et par-tre strender, dog ikke de fineste. Ulempen er tivoliet som er rett foran hotellet og de utendørs diskotekene litt lengre ned mot stranden som støyer veldig høyt til rundt midnatt. Resepsjonen er veldig hjelpsomme og serviceinnstilte. Personalet i kantinen (frokost/middag) kan være litt mer imøtekommende og smile litt mer når de møter sine gjester. De har litt å lære servicemessig, dog de stod på, men møtte ikke gjestene så godt. Kanskje de ikke skal spise samtidig som det er gjester i matsalen? Maten var i stort bra, dog kanskje være litt flinkere til å fylle opp og sørge for at alle gjester får det de ønsker seg. Vi likte dårlig at resepsjonen ikke hadde mottatt vår bestilling fra hotels.com ved innsjekking (mener det var salgsavdelingen som ikke hadde meddelt resepsjonen om vår bestilling fra mai (vi sjekket inn i slutten av juli)) og følgelig hadde de ikke satt av rom til oss. HELDIGVIS hadde de ledige rom, så vi fikk et flott rom som ønsket, så resepsjonen ordnet det, dog vi tenker på hva som hadde skjedd om de hadde vært fullbooket... De var, som sagt, veldig serviceinnstilte i resepsjonen. Kvelds-/nattevakten var også helt suveren. Rolig, smilende og serviceinnstilt kar. Tillitsvekkende. Vi storkoste oss på hotellet og hadde flotte dager i Budva.
