Check in was different than usual places as it’s done over the phone, recommend doing it the day before you arrive. Luckily there happened to be an employee there to help us in person, although that’s not a guarantee that that will always be the case. Room itself was small but nice for a two star hotel! Shampoo and body wash and other bathroom offerings were pleasant. The only complaint I have is that the AC/heating unit emitted a noxious smell if we tried using it. The temperature wasn’t too bad so it wasn’t that much of an issue, but if we were to really need it, would’ve been pretty unhappy. As long as they address this, would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel was simple clean & perfect for the night. The only thing I would have felt more comfortable if there was a manual deadbolt inside the door. I just worried if someone else could get the code to my door - they would be able to get in my room . Other than that it was great.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect as it was 4-5 minutes from Solvang. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area
