"The pictures do not do this room justice! absolutely beautiful and so very comfortable. our 12 year old used the pull out and said it was the most comfortable one ever! Linda is a fantastic host and so very friendly and welcoming. I wish we could have stayed multiple nights. Of all the places we stayed during our vacation this was, by far, our favorite!! I can't say enough - stay here and you'll be happy you did!"

"Booked this property for 3 nights as we were attending a VMI graduation and a wedding. This was perfect. Linda made our stay awesome. We did a red-eye in and were able to check in early for a quick nap. The breakfast every morning was sooooo good. "People were absolutely awesome at the Good Place B&B. I felt so welcomed during my entire stay, from checking in to check in out and every breakfast in between, which were great and delicious by the way. A great place to spend a few days away in nature, but a close drive to many historic locations and natural attractions in the area. The rooms amenities could use some improvement (new towels and linen come to mind). Other than that, I would definitely stay here again. "

"I stayed at this place because it was one of the few places still available in the area. I completely lucked out and had the most amazing experience. Not only was everything cozy and clean but we had almost hte entire upstairs to ourself. We had a spacious bathroom with a tub to definitely write home about, a kitchenette area, a common room, and the bedroom. I definitely got my money's worth and more!"

"We are used to staying in Marriott hotels because I have benefits but there wasn’t one any where close by so I chose this hotel based on price and reviews. When we pulled up, I was a bit anxious about what I would see inside and I must say…. I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, beds comfy…. There was a bit of a smell which I couldn’t put my finger on but the area has a thing with stink bugs which the front desk has a warning about. Don’t worry… there were no bugs in the room just outside. Each room has a sliding door window that gives you a great view of the lush, green hills and easy access to your vehicle. I wouldnt mind staying here again especially when you’re just passing through."
