Princeton View 3BR w/perfect backyard for dogs

Relax with the whole family at this comfortable mountain home! Located just 2 miles from downtown Buena Vista, this spacious corner-lot property offers plenty of parking for ATVs, snowmobiles, trailers, bikes, and all your adventure gear.

The home features 3 bedrooms: a master with a king bed and private bath, a second bedroom with a queen, and a third with a twin trundle (two twins). The second full bathroom is conveniently located off the main living area. The living room opens to a large fenced backyard—perfect for pets, family time, and grilling out.

Guests have full access to the house and backyard. Please note the garage and one shed are reserved for owner use.

This quiet, tree-filled neighborhood offers beautiful views of Mt. Princeton and easy access to town. You’ll want a car for convenience, but walking or biking to Buena Vista is simple thanks to nearby bike lanes and trails.
