  • Rare in-town property - a house in downtown Salida with wonderful outdoor space. You won't need your vehicle as everything is a short walk away. Originally built as a church, the property has been converted into a comfortable home perfect for your stay. The location can't be beat -- there is no other detached home like this in downtown Salida. Come see for yourself! Our home is light, bright, and "S" Mountain is outside the front door. The kitchen is spacious with lots of counter space, high-end appliances (6 burner gas cook-top) and a flat screen TV. Step outside to a private deck or go back to the patio and enjoy the seating area and green grass. The house has high-speed internet, cable TV service, three flat screen TVs (living room, queen bedroom, kitchen), and a gas fireplace. The living room television screen is 65" - perfect for sporting events or watching movies on the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Player.
    A new variable speed furnace and central air conditioning system has just been installed for ultimate comfort throughout the year.
    After a day of hiking, biking or skiing, relax in the jetted tub. Come and enjoy Salida and take advantage of the wonderful location of this property.
