Five year old home has beautiful views of the collegiate peaks with roomy 2500' and 1/2 acre. Located at the footsteps of Mt. Princeton, there are many activities available. Walking distance to the golf course and 7 Peaks music festival. Cottonwood AND Mt. Princeton Hotsprings resort are literally just minutes down the road. Ski Cooper and Monarch are both only 40 miles away! Also only a mile to all downtown BV entertainment and all the Arkansas River has to offer! Come relax and enjoy the cool mountain air. Sleeps 8 easily.

Josh was a great host! We enjoyed our stay very much !

Everything was great! Josh was a great host. The location was perfect for the concert. He even bought us ice because the ice maker wasn't working!

Great House with views!

This house was just what we needed. It was roomy, well equipped, and fun. It was also in a small neighborhood but at the edge of town with great views. Josh the owner was very communicative and easy to work with.
