"La estadía tuvo aspectos positivos, pero la disponibilidad para reservar en los restaurantes fue muy decepcionante. Nuestra reserva era de pocos dias literalmente viernes a lunes y desde el viernes cuando llegamos prácticamente no había espacios disponibles para cenar en los restaurantes del hotel. Finalmente nos indicaron que habían conseguido una reserva para el steakhouse el domingo a las 9:00 PM. Esperamos hasta esa hora para poder disfrutar de la cena, solo para descubrir que la reserva no aparecía en el sistema. Después de eso tuvimos que esperar más de 20 minutos mientras hacían múltiples llamadas para resolver la situación antes de permitirnos entrar. Para un hotel de esta categoría, la organización y manejo de reservas debería ser mucho más eficiente. La experiencia terminó siendo frustrante y afectó significativamente nuestra estadía."

"Amazing property, couldn t be cleaner. The staff are trained at a very highly level; all very courteous; we really enjoyed the various restaurants and considering it is an all inclusive the food was actually pretty good. I have been to DR 3 times and would for sure consider staying here again. It was my wedding anniversary and they even had a ribbon on your door celebrating us! Loved every moment thank you for making our time wonderful"

"We have very mixed feelings about this resort. The location was very nice, right on the water, with a ladder to enter and exit the ocean. There is no beach, but we prefer to swim in the ocean and pools without dealing with sand, so this was very nice. The pools are large and well kept. The grounds are also fairly well kept. There are some maintenance issues. Some of the public bathrooms were not kept clean. A soap dispenser in one bathroom was empty the whole time we were there. But, by far the most disappointing aspect was the food. The buffet food was terrible. Rice, beans, and meat is a national dish, and they couldn't even do that correctly. The food was dry, over cooked, and extremely salty. With many, many dishes to choose, from we did find 3 or 4 that were good, but there is no excuse for the majority of the food being so bad. I'm talking about spitting the food out of your mouth bad. The head chef asked me how the food was and I told him, it was no good. He acted like it was the best they could do and shrugged off the complaint. There are 3 other restaurants. A Japanese place that requires you pay for the food. It was not good. Actually, the sushi was poor. 2 other restaurants are okay, with very limited menus, but the reservations are completely booked well before noon each day. We had an upgraded, ocean view room that was very nice. However, the hot water did not work at times. If you cannot afford a nicer place, this is a good choice. Just be prepared."

"Everything was great nice people nice team professional except the smoking area is very poor. doesn’t enjoy their stay smoke Cigar or doesn’t have their freedom and no place to sit or is not good at allI don’t like this rule at all."
