Everything was great the resort was very nice, and so was the beach all the staff were great, only thing was our AC unit was leaking until I changed the settings on it, our tv only worked the first two nights after calling someone to fix it, and I had to ask for new towels after room service came. ...

IF we ever come stay here again we will MAKE SURE that we request a "mountain view room" .. otherwise we will not stay here!! We were STUCK overlooking the parking lot and the expresseay . NOT GOOD!!
