"My husband and I had a great stay in this apartment after returning from a trip to Antarctica. We loved the location, close to restaurants, shopping and nightlife but on a quite street so we were never bothered by noise. There was a beautiful swimming pool and small restaurant with in the gated complex. The apartment itself was well appointed and perfect for two people. Communication with Fernando was great. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend."

The pictures look great, but the reality is an apartment that is bit run down. "We liked the property but it is on a busy side street and our apartment faced the street with a large window and sliding glass door. There is a bus stop outside in front of the building and construction across the street. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Easy access to a Main Street and within walking distance to restaurants."

"The only thing that I did not like was the fact that the person that took care of my bags when I was waiting for the check in time was openly asking for a tip while I was the one that was moving the bags to the locker room, he was quite rude."

"Property is located on the corner in a lower class neighborhood. It's easy to miss, as the sign is very small. The lobby is small, but easy to use. There are two elevators. Check in is quick and easy, and the staff spoke some English. They ordered a taxi for us, for our early trip and it was right on time. The rooms seem normal. We had a group of 4, with 3* rooms total. We paid for all of the same style of room. One of our group got a large room, with a couch and significantly more space, but...
