week in an 'apartment'

The facility was spacious and there was a comfortable couch to sit. (View only of a brick wall. ) Bed comfortable with good linen. The suite had a small fridge (full of stuff the hotel wanted you to purchase) and a small microwave. There were no knives and no bowls supplied, nor any cloths. There was no cleaning service (extra charge) Coffee cups had never been cleaned (stains from tea and coffee) Obviously no concept of what travellers would expect or need.

Perfect!!

Fantastic location, metres from great selection of cafes and restaurants, across the road from Mall Recoleta (upmarket shops) and Recoleta Cemetery (a must see, Eva Perón buried there). Very safe area, unbelievably easy to get a taxi, which are quite cheap. Salvador, at reception was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Small pool area but there was never more than 2 people out there. Would definitely return and would not hesitate to recommend Ayres de Recoleta to friends! Loved it!!

Bra sted i forhold til pris. Deilig med svømmebasseng. Heisen er ikke alltid 100% funksjonabel, og det trakk litt ned. Stort rom og rent og ryddig. Litt vel enkel frokost etter norske forhold. Anbefales i forhold til pris.

Para descansar y conocer

Excelente ubicacion y cerca de todo. Debes caminar para llegar a recoleta unas cuadras. O tambien para llegar al teatro colon. Lo mejor es que un lado del hotel hay una panaderia con cosas muy buenas.

Espetacular

Excelente hotel! Quarto enorme com cozinha equipada. A localização é muito boa, da pra ir a pé a varios lugares e o bairro Recoleta é ótimo para caminhar. Bons restaurantes perto. Os pontos negativos ficam para o café da manhã e a piscina, que não é aquecida e fica no ambiente com ar condicionado. Ou seja, nem no verão da para usar. A equipe de funcionários é extremamente cordial e prestativa. Voltaria com certeza.

Estive em Buenos Aires com uma amiga no período do natal e nossa hospedagem foi sensacional. A localização é perfeita, e o atendimento por Todos os funcionários foi incrível, especialmente, a atenção e carinho dispensado pelo Max, funcionário brilhante... Além de extremamente competente, não mediu esforços para nos ajudar e prestar o melhor serviço. Quando o acolhimento é de excelência, os pequenos detalhes passam despercebidos. Tive problemas no chekin, ainda não sei se por culpa do hotel ou do site Hotéis.com. Ao chegar não constava o pagamento da reserva. Mas foi resolvido pelo ótimo atendimento do funcionário da recepção. Fora isso, muito boa localização e o quarto. Ressalvas quanto a piscina que não eh aquecida, embora interna. Acho q isso deveria constar no site do hotel, pois quem opta por este tipo de hotel espera poder usar a piscina. Academia TB eh outro ponto negativo, pois não há. Existe uma sala com 3 bikes. Cafeteira embora conste no site TB não foi disponibilizada.Bom hotel, mas escolheria outro do mesmo nível em que os serviços disponíveis pudessem.ser efetivamente utilizados.

Boa localização.

Hotel agradável, pessoal muito prestativo e simpático. Algo muito diferente é que o café da manhã é servido no próprio apartamento. É só solicitar por telefone, que em alguns minutos uma funcionária muito simpática entrega uma bandeja com café, leite, suco de fruta, pão, etc. Se isso é bom ou não, cabe a você avaliar. O interessante é que você pode tomar café de pijama se desejar. A localização do hotel me agradou, porque existe algum comércio próximo (por exemplo o Carrefour), tem também alguns restaurantes, farmácia e padaria ao lado. A internet funciona muito bem; não tive problemas de conexão.

Perfecto para fin de semana larga en Recoleta

Muy bueno aparthotel en Recoleta a precio agradable. Personal muy atento, con ayuda profesional para turistas. Habitacion con bueno distribucion con minicocina. No hay vistas de la terraza, unico negativo para nosotros.Corto distancia para varios restaurantes y cafes.
