Um sonho que quase foi estragado

Quando chegamos ao hotel, só havia um segurança para nos recepcionar e não havia a informação de que havíamos pago as diárias com café da manhã incluído. Levaram uns dois dias até eu confirmasse com os recibos da Expedia. E o café que foi fornecido era mais simples possível:café, leite, iogurte, algumas fatias de pão, duas medialunas e tabletes com manteiga, ou outros tipos de doces para passar no pão. E só. Na sexta-feira fui informado de que não haveria camareira para o final de semana e que não haveria troca de toalhas. O pior, é que o responsáveis pelo “hotel” só retornariam na segunda-feira. Minha sorte foi que o segurança era solícito e conseguiu toalhas limpas nesses dias.

Foi muito bom estar perto das principais atrações e do metrô. Rua tranquila e quarto silencioso, porem perto de excelentes bares, cafés e restaurantes.

Nice place in a great location.

This hotel is in a great location near great shops and restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and clean. We had a little kitchenette that was very helpful given the length of our stay.

Estadia muito boa

A estadia foi muito boa, o hotel é muito confortável, quarto amplo, limpo e tem tudo que precisa. O café da manhã é bem simples e servido apenas no quarto (hotel não possui restaurante). A localização é fantástica, dá pra fazer muita coisa a pé (pontos turísticos, compras e principalmente restaurantes e barzinhos). Mas o ponto forte mesmo é o atendimento dos funcionários, eles são muito simpáticos e solícitos, ajudam no que for preciso e as indicações foram as melhores de toda a viagem, recomendo a todos!

Air-con leaked water. So we opened balcony door for ventilation during our 3 night stay. Cold water tap in bathroom was broken, so only hot water was available. Toilet tank had problem. Every few minutes the regulator let water in which created loud noise and it went on day and night. Informed front desk before going out early morning, but nothing was done when we came back in the evening. Maybe other rooms are better. If you get Room 202, hope that the problems are solved by now. Other than these, room is spacious, kitchen has enough appliances to make breakfast & simple meal. Convenient location next to the mall, restaurants. Supermarket across the street has good selection of wine.

Affordable, good place in Recoleta

The hotel is superbly located, one block from the Mall of Recoleta, and one block from the central cemetery with Evita's grave. It is affordable, the staff is helpful and speaks English. Breakfast comes to your room. I had only one negative experience, but that was really bad. I told the staff three days in advance that I needed a cab to go to the airport. On the day of my departure, the cab did not come. After 30 minutes, I got nervous, and asked them to call another cab. They did, and that one came, but was 200 pesos more expensive. And, the trip to the airport took 80 minutes, not 45, as I was told. So leave plenty of time for your departure, and do not assume that a reserved cab will actually show up.

Front Desk

This hotel has very spacious rooms in a PERFECT location. The front desk staff could not have been more helpful. Whether it was getting a remise for us, storing our baggage, and even lending us an umbrella, these guys went out of their way for us. If you're looking for a great place to eat nearby, check out Rodi Bar.

Check in was smooth. Staff was helpful. Room is spacious, clean. Place is close to tourist attractions. However, on friday nights and weekends, be prepared for the ruckus from the nearby pubs and bars.

En terminos generales tiene una buena relacion precio y la atencion es muy buena,no se diga nada malo de la ubicacion, pero ya las instalaciones y muebles estan muy deteriorados, si tuviera mejor mantenimiento y un colchon nuevo eataria optimo,aun adi no es caro

Best location in Buenos Aires

Location across from Recoleta Cemetery is the best in BA, a safe and lively neighborhood. The room is huge with a kitchenette at one end. Liked having breakfast brought to the room to eat at our leisure. Front desk very helpful with restaurant and sightseeing advice, arranged for a car to take us to EZE when leaving for less than a taxi. Minuses: lack of stations in English on satellite TV, very loud music playing on weekend nights that woke us up and shook the building. Because of this I would not stay here again on a weekend but would during the week.
