Ubicado a 30 minutos del centro de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires con distintos tipos de transporte público, a tres cuadras de la estación de tren de San Andrés, siendo esta linea ( Mitre ) uno de los transportes mas comodo y efectivo al momento de movilizarse al centro de la ciudad estación Retiro y combinación con las línea(B, C y D)del subterráneo. Lugares de referencia: UNSAM (10 Min) Golf Club S Andrés (2 Min) San Isidro ( 35 Min) Lineas de colectivos: 304, 343, 78, 161. Zona muy pintoresca, la casa esta situada a unos metros del museo histórico de Rosas.
