For security purposes, our Guest Service team will be asking you to complete personal information for all guests (full name and ID number) after your booking is confirmed. This info will be checked upon check-in.

The apartment is on a quiet residential street between Av. Las Heras and República de la India, just steps from the Botanical Garden, Ecopark, and Cerviño Boulevard — a lovely area full of cafés, restaurants, and shops. Palermo is one of the safest and most pleasant neighborhoods to walk around and enjoy.

You will receive your keys personally from our Housekeeping or Guest Service staff. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance.
A parking space located two blocks away is included for your convenience.

Beautiful, perfect, comfortable

This was a beautiful and convenient location, right across from a park (and an AWESOME) playground for kids. Easy walks to coffee shops and restaurants. The space was perfect, so clean and bright and warm. The beds and furniture were all comfortable. And communication with the property manager was seamless and easy!!
