Best Hotel in Buenos Aires in a fantastic location at the Retiro/Recoleta neighborhood, walking distance to Ave 9 de Julio, patio Ulrich for high end shopping, and recoleta and museum. Staff is fantastic, restaurants at the hotel are outstanding including Michelin Star Helena and incredible parrilla Nuestro Secreto and fantastic bar the Pony line

The “City View” room I got had a view of highway and homeless encampments. Not what I was expecting. When I asked for different room they offered to upgrade and it ended up costing additional $50/day. The pool area gets limited direct sun. If you’re looking to lay in the sun, not happening at this hotel. Breakfast room service was $65. Overall, I found the hotel nice, but overpriced for Buenos Aires.

Hotel staff are very friendly, professional, and helpful. I really appreciated that they gave me a two hour late check out for free. Building itself though is unfortunately many years past when it would have needed a complete remodeling. Very worn out in many places which becomes evident as soon as you get into the elevator to go to your room. Surprising for a Four Seasons especially one that charges top dollar but I think it has more to do with the bad state of the Argentine economy.

Fine experience, but not on par with other FS

The property is very dated. Staff was accommodating, but not the over the top service you expect at a Four Seasons. Also the restaurant and bar have very strange hours (i.e. the bar is closed until 5pm on Saturday and the restaurant closes by mid afternoon, so there's nowhere to sit and have a drink during those times). The pool area is fine, but there's no bar or drink service either. This is a good hotel for a business trip, but would not recommend it for leisure.
