Impeccable and modern studio in Palermo, Tele 43" 4K, with 600 Mega fiber optics, with a beautiful balcony, in front of the Conicet, close to the fashion stores, bars and restaurants, where you will prepare to go shopping and live the night of Buenos Aires. Close to Avenida Santa Fe, metro "D", metrobus, San Martín train, Los Arcos shopping.
The building has security cameras at the entrance, stairs, corridors and a monitoring center that monitors and records 24 hours a day.

Very nice studio in Palermo, with a balcony, equipped for four people, a space with a double bed and another with an armchair with two beds. The bathroom has a bidet and bathtub.
The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator with freezer, kitchen with two burners, oven, a smaller oven for heating, dishwasher, electric pitcher and Nespresso coffee maker.
