Good location and service

I stayed only one night, but it has great location. We were able to walk and see some of the interesting points of the city. Personal really friendly. Only a little noisy at night, but that is part of a big city.

Bed was nice, but the room clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time - mold spots in bathroom/shower, dust on furniture, etc. Wasn’t all bad, I’d stay again given the price just for a night if in transit - but not longer

Good place to stay in Buenos Aires.

I have stayed in this hotel several times before the pandemia and now with the value of the dollar. I found that many of the amenities have been reduced and some of the equipment not properly work. There is no telephone in the room. I have to go 5 times to get the entrance key to my room to open the door. The microwave did not worked. It was replaced it and it also did not worked. There were other inconveniences. I have to ask for more toilet paper. I have to say that the sheets and blankets were immaculate clean and the bed was nice and firm. Very clean. The front desk and the cleaning ladies were very nice and friendly Even with these and other small inconveniences I still recommend this hotel. The location is super convenience near the obelisk.

I do not recommend this hotel at all! Beware, as of January, 2026, there were bedbugs in our room. The hotel looks like its trying. The rooms and facilities are worn out, but things appear to be clean. They clearly have a bedbug issue as we were eviscerated by them in just one night. It was awful.
Not sure if it's a bed bug, but there were definitely bed bugs in our room

Horrible stay

This hotel is outdated. Everything needs renovation. Sheets are old and dirty. Furniture, bathroom, cabinets, windows, etc. are all old, and need repairs. Window was not looking. Room was ice cold even with heather on. Warm water would come after 20 minutes. I booked this as it was located right next where my conference is, turned out to be a big mistake. Will never ever stay here anymore.

This is not even a one star hotel. Everything is falling apart, majority of the furniture need to be trashed, it’s a total eye sore, toilet seat all over the place and rusted bath tub. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone let alone pets.

Quartos muito velhos, mudamos de quarto porque o primeiro que pegamos estava com mofo, o segundo não tinha, mas tudo Velho, cama ruim. Ficamos sem água quente 2 dias. Falta manutenção no hotel todo. Hoteis.com precisa atualizar as fotos no site.

O hotel é antigo mas parece que estão em constante manutenção para manter as coisas em ordem, limpeza estava ok, o ar funcionava, banheiro com cortina mas tb é algo cultural. A equipe da recepção atenciosa, Chegamos era mais de 11 da noite e o recepcionista nos atendeu com maior atenção. Para quem está acostumado com o café de Argentina que normalmente é racionado esse tinha café , leite e pão a vontade, tinha tb iorgut e cereal. Localização ótima! Voltaria com certeza.

Excelente localização e atendimento!

O hotel tem uma localização excelente! Conheci os principais pontos turísticos caminhando. Quem tiver disposição para caminhar pode ir até pontos turísticos caminhando para apreciar a cidade e retornar de veículos de aplicativo (atendem muito bem) ou transporte público. A equipe do hotel é bastante cuidadosa e solícita, o atendimento está de parabéns!

Excelente localização mas em estado muito ruim.

Excelente localização, em 3 quadras para qualquer direção tem restaurantes, bares, comércio e pontos turísticos. Região segura e com muito a se fazer a pé, no máximo em 30 minutos de caminhada chega em quase todos os pontos turísticos. O hotel é antigo, já passou por uma pintura vem básica onde sequer tapou os sinais de infiltração de agua. Quando com bom tamanho porem com inconveniente de algumas tomadas não funcionam, mobília antiga , loucas de banheiro com remendo, faltando torneira em uma das pias. Ou seja precisa de reforma urgente. Café da manhã extremamente básico, café com leite e media lunas de baixa qualidade. Suco em pó, água e pão de forma com manteiga e geléia, se enjoar no segundo dia tem sucrilhos e só. Os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos. Não me parece terem culpa do estado do Hotel.
