Great place

Great location and place. There is one washer and dryer on the top floor and takes coins but no where to get coins and no signage indicating how many coins so we ended up spending $25 USD to do laundry a block away.

This Is Not a Hotel

This not a hotel. It is an apartment. You won't get any kind of service during your stay. the access is terrible. If you don't have great service expectation, it's a good place. But if you want cleaning service, breakfast, or simple a bottle of water in the refrigerator, avoid it.

El departamento está muy bueno y bien equipado. La cocina es excelente para cocinar lo cual ayuda a economizar y no tener que salir a comer fuera siempre o pedir delivery. La ubicación es muy buena y con mucha seguridad debido a la cantidad de cámaras en las calles. Los locales en la zona atienden muy bien. Hay varios locales a menos de 5 calles para salir a comer. Tanto la cama, como los cobertores, el sillón, las toallas, todo muy bien. Además tiene aire acondicionado y eso ayudó mucho. La anfitriona siempre fue muy amable y paciente. Brindó una buena atención y siempre explicando todo de forma clara y honesta. Sin duda recomendable 👍

La lavandería no está dentro del apartamento si no que es una lavandería compartida en el 10 piso, la lavadora claramente nunca ha tenido mantenimiento de limpieza e irónicamente ensució nuestra ropa. Además de que se tenía que comprar por aparte fichas (tokens) para poder usar la lavadora y secadora. El baño tenía una fuga en la ducha entonces cada vez que nos bañamos había una inundación en todo el piso. La comunicación con la encargada es lenta y no dan todas las instrucciones al hacer el check-in. La ubicación no está mal, hay muchos cafés y restaurantes cerca.

La propiedad es tal cual las fotos. No me gustó la comunicación con el propietario. Trataron de cobrarme tarifas no adicionales a lo contrado y me acosaron para que me retire antes del horario del check up. El barrio es genial, pero el dpto está en un Primer piso y se escucha TODO, si alguien pasa camina del por la vereda, autos, motos.
