He staff was very accommodating I arrived early and they allowed me to check in early . They have breakfast for a fee and there are lots of shops in the area . It was good for the price .

The location is convenient. The floor in my room is in bad condition. There was a half smoked cigarette on the floor from a previous guest in the bathroom. There is a huge abandoned building directly across the street from the hotel- interesting but unattractive view from my room.

Hotel rather tired in appearance. We last stayed here in 2018, we felt it has gone downhill since then. The old Harrods building opposite is still abandoned and looks terrible. It makes the road opposite feel very dirty and a bit unsafe. A few homeless people sleeping on pavement next door. Great location for the beautiful Pacificos shopping mall and lots of shops and eateries round about. Laundry charges are ridiculously high, we paid twice as much as at our previous hotel. Breakfast was excellent, the best part of the stay, really great cakes. We ordered a taxi through reception to go from the hotel to the airport, it cost twice as much as an Uber.

The room I was assigned after booking was incorrect. I booked a premium king and instead was given a 3 x single bed "suite". The condition of the room was not great. All of the beds and furniture were worn and marked. There was only one functional small elevator out of 3 operating which led to huge queues and significant waits with guests having to resort to using the narrow emergency exit stairs. I have stayed in many NH hotels across Europe and this hotel does not meet this standard. Disappointed.
