La verdad fue una horrible experiencia. Por empezar tenia perdida una habitacion y me dieron otra totalmente diferente. Puedo entender él tema disponibilidad. Pero la forma en qué se manejaron fue terrible. Cuando le mostre la reserva me dice, a mi me llego otra cosa. Ni una disculpa ni una frase de hospitalidad . Eso es lo de menos. La habitación súper descuidada como todo el edificio en si. Olor feo por todos lados. La ventana de la habitacion (que es de piso a techo) no se cerraba por lo cual podía pasar cualquiera por el balcón. Sabanas manchadas, con bichos. Y el baño….. náuseas daba entrar. Al margen del olor de humedad, maderas rotas, canillas perdiendo, espejos oxidadisimos, el baño del terror. El precio viene con desayuno incluido, claramente decidimos no arriegarnos. La cocina se veía no mejor que el resto del edificio. En fin. Pésimo. En atención, comodidad e higiene. Lo único bueno es la ubicación (que hace que puedas hacer de todo para no estar en ese lugar). Lamento mucho que se desperdicie y no tenga nada de potencial estando en la ubicación que está. Pero eso no justifica la baja hospitalidad de los empleados.

Traumante, sabía que había reservado algo económico, pero era casi inavitable. Las cosas en mal estado, la tapa del baño malo, el inodoro metido en la ducha, muy malos olores, pésimo servicio, no tenían claro que habitación habíamos reservado. De verdad traumante.
