The facility is clean, and this should be the norm in all hotels, but the staff are the real stars of the operation. They went out of their way to make sure my son, who was traveling alone, was picked up, and they guided him on local transportation and anything else he needed help with. Super kind! The location to the airport was ideal, but the location was not near anything useful. Siesta time was greatly honored. To take a taxi to downtown was about 1 hour away. If looking for some place to rest away from the noise, it is an ideal place. Eating is another story.
