This ~1300 sq ft. 3bedroom 1 bath apartment is minutes from downtown Buffalo NY full of entertainment . Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. House is on a quiet residential street with limited street parking. Very friendly neighborhood.

Main bedroom features a queen size bed with a 44 inch smart TV. The other 2 bedrooms feature twin size beds each with a 42" Roku Smart TV. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and cookware available. Free Wi-Fi provided. Covered front porch with patio furniture. A/C available. 50" inch Roku smart TV in living room as well. HEPA filter air purifiers in dining and living room.

I live downstairs. Lock boxes ensure there’s no need to coordinate schedules for self check in.

Home is cleaned and sanitized after every stay.

No cigarette smoking in apartment, outdoor on covered porch only.

The place was perfect for a night stay after the bills game. Was able to perfectly accommodate the 6 of us while being able to have access to gas and any food we need. The balcony was also perfect to sit out and get some fresh air.

Comfortable stay

Great place, excellent comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen and accurate description. The time limited access code for check-in was a stress inducer for us, as we experienced delays getting to the property after a very long drive and some car trouble, but communication with the host was great, so ultimately not a big problem. Would definitely stay again

Cute and friendly stay

This house was super cute, lots of space and nicely decorated. Clean and smelled great, no smoke smell whatsoever. Super close to downtown and tons of bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to all 420 enthusiast.

took a three day trip to Buffalo to attend my son's graduation. this place was perfect for us.Nice and clean comfortable four beds.tgree rooms all with tv. i recommend this for anyone looking for a nice quiet place. the owner was very responsive.

Great location and comfortable

This property is on a quiet residential street, and the street parking is easy to come by. This felt like crashing at a friend’s house. Not uptight, comfortable furniture and beds. I consider this place family friendly as well, our child had a blast. The location is a quick drive to the zoo, children’s museum, and the botanical gardens. We will definitely stay here the next time we’re in town.

Perfect night stay

Drove from NJ 6 hours away to go see my Toronto Maple Leafs play the Buffalo Sabres and to stay for the night and when I saw this 420 friendly place I was like wow this is perfect. Lowkey and chill spot to hang out and relax and spend the night after a long drive and a game! 10/10 Recommend and I will be back!

Wonderful Stay in Buffalo.

This is an amazing place for staying in Buffalo. Host was super cooperative( helped me to correct my booking dates). House was super clean, everything was ready for welcoming guests. The area is quiet and safe, close to everything you need to see. I really enjoyed my trip with Jerome’s place. Strongly recommend this place over any other around the city.

1st Wedding Anniversary Trip

Great location, awesome host, very accommodating. The place has everything you need and if not most things are near by. It was just the two of us, so ample space. We would love to come back when it’s warm. Jerome was also responsive when needed. Even when we had a small issue he was extremely nice about it. He even told us about a potential parking issue!!! You gots to read, lol!! To sum it up there is so much to do here. AND it was nice not having to smoke outside, just like at home!!!!
