They are remodeling the hotel and the rooms are very nice clean and updated. Was very impressed.

A very nice hotel. The rating has to do with the charges. I booked through Expedia at a reduced rate, however my final bill was significantly higher. When they ask if email is acceptable for the bill, decline and ask for a paper copy so you know before you leave what they’ve charged you

Room should have been much cleaner, even my 5 year old noticed it was not clean. Super noisy at night time until 4:30 am. . We will not be staying again

I’ve been staying at this property for over 15 years and was very disappointed that I was unaware of the renovations until I arrived and paid. The noise was a massive disturbance for me and family. Not sure if I’ll stay here again.

Upon arrival one of the front desk associates did not smile or was very friendly. The associate at the second desk was friendly and more attentive.
Our toilet in our room had dried urine on the seat and feces on the seat. It was a turn off.
The beds were comfortable and clean, not ironed.
