Would be 5 stars other than the kids from a hockey tournament running up and down the halls, banging on doors late into the night with staff addressing the noise. Loved the breakfast and our room.

In a convenient location, but walls are super thin and so it’s very loud. Room needed some TLC as cabinets rattled when you walked and the adjoining door to the room next door had a broken handle and cracked walls around it. Deposit for incidentals was also $250- when asked it was to “deter locals from staying for long periods of time”.

We do have a 250 incidental hold in order to deter everyone including locals from throwing parties in our suites. The email with your reservation confirmation does state that there is a hold. The location of this hotel is excellent as it is close to all if not most shopping areas. There is free parking for guests and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, while I wasn't expecting a luxurious stay, it was difficult to get any good rest in as the walls and floors of the place is very thin and you can hear everyone's movement of the surrounding rooms. It is a family focused hotel so there were many children running up and down halls and yelling through the rooms (not the fault of the hotel but something to keep in mind). The beds were very squeaky and did not exactly feel stable and all the pillows were very flat. I do feel the hotel does need some updating to better provide a restful stay. It was good enough for a 2 night stay but would not recommend for longer.

My family and I had an enjoyable and memorable stay at this Hilton location, thanks to the incredible customer service by two of their staff members - Kristen and Sheeba. Kristen went above and beyond to resolve the room accommodation issue that I encountered upon arrival. She was relentless in her efforts to ensure that my family and I received the room we reserved, and remained committed to responding to our requests and concerns in an expeditious manner throughout our stay. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Her passion for delivering exceptional customer service was evident. Sheeba aka Mama Sheeba made my stay feel like I was with family. Her infectious smile and kindness greeted me each morning at breakfast and throughout the day. Sheeba worked tirelessly to ensure the breakfast area was clean and replenished. I will most certainly return to this hotel because of Kristen and Sheeba.

Love the adjoining rooms. Front desk ladies were very pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast was fantastic with tons of options. Only issue is the room was a bit dated but everything else perfect!

The rooms were really spacious and clean. The breakfast offering could’ve been done better. They were understaffed and kept running out of everything. I know they tried their best but it was hard when there were a lot of hotel guests.

The hotel was nice, the rooms are big and the breakfast choices were more than plentiful. I was in an accessible room and the only negative thing I could say is the assistance devices could use some scrubbing. A lot of build in in the grooves of the faucets and bars.

Very nice and accommodating staff. We liked the room and layout, as well as the location. Multiple dining options and shopping within walking distance. Our only complaint with the room involved the dishes and silverware, which were dirty with food on them. Otherwise pleased with all other aspects of the hotel.

Fantastic hotel and great stay!
Lovely hotel, convenient to highways and shopping. The hotel was welcoming and very nicely decorated. The rooms were fantastic, nice and clean with all that you could possibly need for a short stay. Breakfast looked good, I'm celiac/vegetarian and there wasn't much I could eat, I always bring my own cereal and I had a yoghurt. The coffee was good and everything was clean and well stocked. Nice and quiet, didn't hear much foot traffic and general noise that you normally would hear in a hotel. The only downside for me was that there was only a shower and I'm a bath person! Would highly recommend this property!
