  • This spacious house has enough room to comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. Spread out and relax in the two living areas or gather together in the backyard. The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to whip up meals and snacks. Unwind in the master bedroom with a luxurious king-sized bed and enjoy the convenience of having two full bathrooms. This house is the ideal home away from home. Book now for a memorable and enjoyable vacation experience.
    No chores but don`t leave space untidy Load used dishes in the dishwasher
    The minimum charge for smoking-related cleaning charge is $250.
    No loud noises or parties, No visitors registered guests only. Update your booking if the number of guests needs to be updated.
    Late checkout fee $50 for 11:30 and $100 for Noon checkout.
    We provide shovels to assist with snow removal but do not offer snow shoveling services. Guests are responsible for making their arrangements for snow clearing.
    We may require certain booking additional damage deposit of $500 to $1500
    Guests must keep a close eye on their pets and children, as the house and yard may contain items unsuitable for them.
