The outside and property next door appear to be under construction but it did not affect our stay. Extremely pleasant staff at check in! Great coffee! Liked the water bottle refill station, however it was not working at checkout. Would stay again! Comments but did not like the sheets!

We’ve stayed at this hotel a couple times now. Very convenient location near food and shopping. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in and out.

laminated flooring which makes it easier to keep it clean. The thick glass shower room gives me more room to shower and easier to keep it clean. Wonderful breakfast that meets different diet needs with an interesting pancake machine that makes perfect pancakes without human errors. Foosball tables and children's hands-on toys right next to the breakfast area keep active or boring children entertained and stay around while parents are enjoying their meals. This is a perfect hotel for families.

This is not a Hilton. While the property is relatively new, it shows signs of neglect. At best this hotel is a place you book when stranded at the airport because of missed or cancelled flight. You would be exhausted and willing to over look the lack of services. Typically, hotels that are far removed from the main features of a city, provide shuttle buses. This hotel turns on and off the room TV and when you check in they re-establish the service. But, it doesn’t have a program guide so you don’t know what channels have what shows. The breakfast included was fair on the first morning but lacking on the second day. A small refrigerator is provided in the room but no coffee maker or microwave in the room. The room has no closet or drawers for your clothes. It doesn’t even offer one of those expanding rack to place your luggage on for you to live out of your suitcase. The indoor pool was way too small for the number of guests the hotel had during my stay. The room was too small with a King size bed and large TV (no channel guide) that it could only hold one small chair. I would have left the first hour but the area was booked for the eclipse and I couldn’t find another place. Moreover, because the room was booked thru a third party Expedia it would not had points to my Hilton membership since I was told I got the room at a discount. What business offers a cheaper rate to third parties instead of their members? Again, this is NOT a Hilton. It is more equivalent to a Quality Inn.

The rooms are sparely furnished. Only 1 uncomfortable chair! They justify this by saying the room is designed for sleeping only for short stays. However the bed was uncomfortable, the bedding was too small for the bed and the pillows were so old and squishy my neck is still sore. The bedspread and carpet in elevator were dirty. And why do they have a pool and gym? Spend the money on the rooms. I would not recommend this hotel and would never book it again.
