"What a fun home! Spacious, yet cozy home in the heart of Buffalo. The kids had a great time in the game room while we were “snowed in” for a day. The bedrooms were great and the couch on the 2nd floor was big enough for two of our boys to crash on! We loved the clear egg chairs in the”sun room”. They were so great to sit and relax in while watching the snow fall. Would highly recommend this home to those visiting the are!"

"I stayed here for a trip to Buffalo for the Bills–Jets game with three good friends and had an amazing experience. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way — it was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The gated property made us feel safe and added an extra level of convenience.John was a fantastic host: super helpful, responsive, and always available when we had questions. Everything about the stay was smooth and stress-free, which let us fully enjoy the weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend"
