"bsolutely Perfect Stay!This beautiful cabin in Dandridge was exactly what we needed! The host, Hugh, provided excellent communication from start to finish. The cabin was exceptionally clean, and the location could not be better—peaceful and tucked away from the crowds, yet only a 15-minute drive to all the main attractions and action. It is absolutely perfect for a 2-person getaway. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Very nice and spacious property. Great for large groups/families. Beautiful cabin and perfect for the kids (7 & 2). Very peaceful location. The pool table was a big hit. We truly enjoyed it. We do wish we knew the lake was dried up (October) as we brought our fishing poles. The ramp is also very steep leading to the lake dock. Dandridge is a cute town with beautiful lake views. Pigeon forge is about 30 minutes away and is a nice scenic drive. Host was easy to reach. Things to know before booking: Not much of a backyard as it is steep and goes downhill. Heading to the lake was a workout and a little scary. Lol definitely felt like hiking. Also, on well water."

"The cabin was very clean and cozy. Was comfortable for the five of us. Check-in was super easy and communication with host was great. We liked the location. Note the coffee maker is a single serve Keurig and not a drip coffee maker. An assortment of K-cups was provided, which was appreciated. There are no trash cans outside the cabin, all trash has to be taken in the car to dumpsters at the entrance to the neighborhood. A little inconvenient, but the same is true for all cabins in the resort. Our main suggestion for improvement would be updating some of the furniture. The living room sofas in particular are really showing some wear on the upholstery, have broken recliner handles, etc. And a few wine glasses in the kitchen would be great, too. Overall an enjoyable stay and good value."
