"For some weird reason there’s shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in the bathroom, but no soap to shower with. Made no sense to me. Good thing I had my own soap. Secondly, I traveled with a fairly large group. They knew ahead of time that we were coming, but when we got there, tired and wanting to just call it a night because we had a long day and had to leave early in the morning, the person at the desk knew absolutely nothing about our group coming and had to slowly check us in one at a time. Ofcourse we were all pleasant, but we were all extremely annoyed as well, because what was the point of us making plans and calling ahead to let them know of the group size and everything, especially if there would only be one person on duty when we got there?"

"Young Lady on Friday night 5/15/26 late was very helpful and friendly. We were originally going to stay in room 165 but key would not work on door. So went back to say keys do not work on door the clerk reconfigured keys and we went back to the door and it still would not work. So we had to go back again and this time she came back with the master and that DID NOT WORK!! So now 15 minutes passes tired irritated she goes all the way back to office to get us another set of keys to another room unfortunately up stairs. But things happen sometimes and she even offered to help with baggage. I just wanted to let someone aware of her kindness and that employees like her are hard to find and she is a GREAT ONE !!! "Room i reserved was under maintenance, so i got put in a room i think was pet friendly because it smelled like piss. Thought it was because the toilet wasnt flushed but no it just smelled like piss. I would of made it an issue but it was the only room available short term around town. It did suck that they don't have a morning garbage service. You have to take it out to the dumpster next to the building. Other than that staff is nice."
