The heater was out and it was doing the winter storm,they changed the room 7 hours later. Then the sofa bed would not come out took them 15 minutes to get that open, remind you I paid 25 for early check in. Not that friendly. Pretty clean place. But can spend my money somewhere it’s appreciated

The hotel is approximately 1 1/2 hours from the airport. The area is called mall of georgia in buford. Very good location. A lot of restaurants and stores within 5 to 15 minutes from the hotel. Very nice.

Booked a room online and paid got inside in person and the rude short young lady screamed me down that a Deposit was needed and online it said no Incidental Deposit was needed if paid online so her rudeness butt said that was nothing she was gona do about it and I left and canceled I will never go there again and it’s kind of funny how empty and scary the place is probably because of there no Hospitality!!

This was a decent hotel in a great location. You are minutes away from the mall of Georgia and all the shops and restaurants that comes with that. You could get to lake Lanier and Alpharetta pretty quick. Again, great location. The hotel amenities weren't great nor disappointing. OK at best. The staff were great and helpful when they could be. Breakfast was not a highlight. The rooms were decent and seemed to be recently updated. Everything was clean and seemed to be in good working order. Overall, it was a decent stay. No issues whatsoever. Not thrilling either.
