Can Feliu House, located in the heart of the charming rural village of Búger, is a spacious village house with a covered swimming pool in a natural stone cave style (heated) and a large terrace with views of the Tramuntana Mountains and the main square of the village with its beautiful fountain.
Can Feliu House is a semi-detached house with two floors plus an attic on the top floor, all built over a century ago with typical Balearic materials and design, but with a new modern touch.
The ground floor consists of a spacious unified dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with access to the underground pool, and a bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, you can go up both by the metal staircase from the living room that has access to the pool, and by a built-in staircase from the dining room. Here you will find a large living room with a 4k 55" smart TV, two bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom.
The attic, being at the highest point, is illuminated during the day by skylights and has a large room with a complete en-suite bathroom with a modern bathtub, its own living room and a terrace with views of the Tramuntana and the main square of the town.
The swimming pool is covered, cave-type, with a natural stone roof, ideal for enjoying and relaxing all year round.
Can Feliu House is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: air conditioning in the dining room and two bedrooms, WiFi, appliances and complete kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels, etc.
Búger is popular for its authentic Mediterranean atmosphere and for being located in a quiet place, although only 15 km from some of the main tourist areas such as the Bay of Alcúdia and Pollença. In addition to the coast, the proximity to the Sierra de Tramuntana offers a wide range of sports and leisure activities.
The location of the chalet allows for easy and free parking on the street where the house is located and also on nearby streets.
