Good location and nice staff

Very nice location for the tour of historic sites of Bukhara. One of my friends needed help and a staff of the hotel, Gayrat, solved the problem very kindly, which is quite impressive to travellers.

Everything was good: the staff was nice, the cleaning was very decent, and the breakfast was quite good. However, there was a problem with the water in one room—it barely flowed, while in another room it was better but still difficult to shower. Unfortunately, this issue wasn't resolved during our stay. The hotel is located in the center, which is beautiful, and the beds and mattresses were comfortable. The only inconvenience was that the hotel's entrance is blocked because it's in a pedestrian zone, so we had to carry our luggage ourselves. The transport service for luggage is only available at certain times, which made it less convenient for guests. Overall, I would rate the hotel a solid four out of five.

Very accessible for tourism, and evening excursions with plenty of restaurants around, safety everywhere etc. The deluxe rooms are excellent. Breakfast was excellent with a great omlette station. Since it is within the old city zone, a car can only drop you 50m away. Not a problem except if you have luggage. Some of the ground floor rooms are located across tables for friends to chat around. If it becomes noisy, the manager takes care of them. The manager at the reception Ghairat (Gary) was exceptional in helping us out.
