"This hotel has seen better days and is a shadow of its former self. There was a problem with our reservation which meant we were given poor rooms with no air con and missing bulbs, linen, and varying levels of amenities (showers, water, etc). We were moved after a night but the rooms don’t match the website photos. One of the bathrooms was unusable due the smell and heat. The hotel is good for location in the city centre, and the garden and pool are pleasant but feel tired and only given basic...

"Staff are expectional always pleasant polite and friendly extremely helpful with any needs. Rooms are extremely clean and spacious and cleaned daily.. Decor could be updated in some areas and rooms we did see modernisation happening in some rooms. Meals are putstmading and huge portions for reasonable prices"

"Great boutique lodge in Bulawayo. Property staff was very accommodating and hospital. Great convenient location within 10 min of city centre and secured gated parking with 24 hour guard. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the pool. "
