The estate is fully air-conditioned, featuring a spacious living area, a large open kitchen, four serene bedrooms, and three full bathrooms, including a newly added bathroom with a refreshing rainwater shower. Every piece of furniture has been thoughtfully upgraded with high-density foam and new covers to ensure your absolute comfort.
Your arrival begins with a walk across a fish pond flanked by twin waterfalls, leading you into a vibrant tropical garden. Outside, a private pool, a spacious dining terrace with an eight-chair table, and two traditional gazebos await. Just 10 meters from the terrace, a private gate opens directly onto your own pristine, sandy beach.

Our Dedicated Staff & Guest Interaction
To ensure a seamless vacation, Villa Dini is hosted by a wonderful, full-time team dedicated to your comfort:
• The Culinary Experience: Our talented chef works six days a week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. She will beautifully clean, dress the beds, and prepare your breakfast and lunch daily. Guests simply cover the cost of groceries plus a nominal IDR 30,000 transport fee for shopping trips.
• Elegant Dinner Service: If you would like her to stay past 5:00 PM (up until 7:00 PM) to prepare a gourmet dinner, this can be arranged for an additional fee of IDR 40,000 per person, per day, paid directly to her.
• Around-the-Clock Care: For your ultimate peace of mind, a gardener and pool attendant care for the grounds from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, followed by a professional security guard from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. A staff member is on the grounds at all hours to assist you, and I am personally available 24/7 via email.
Guest Access & Transport Logistics
Guests enjoy exclusive, private access to the entire villa, pool, secure parking space, gardens, and beach gate.
Our housekeeper, Kadek, is delighted to assist with any transport logistics, from arranging scooter rentals to securing a private car and driver. Additionally, several excellent local restaurants offer a complimentary round-trip shuttle service directly to and from Villa Dini for groups of three or more. Simply let Kadek know, and she will handle the arrangements.

Villa Policies & Security
• Smoke-Free & Pet-Free: No smoking is permitted inside the villa, and pets of any kind are strictly prohibited.
• Events: No parties or gatherings may be hosted on the property.
• Privacy & Security: To ensure your safety, the estate features two external security cameras monitoring the front and rear gates. Your privacy is our priority—upon arrival, our maid will gladly show you exactly where they are aimed and can turn them off during your stay at your request.
