"Nice little place to stay in Grove"

"The trip was planned around fishing on grand Lake. However, the wind was so bad that fishing became a very difficult thing to do. The one thing that did save the trip and made it very enjoyable with my family was the cabin. It was very nice well kept very scenic in the area and provided what we needed at the time we stayed there. The host was very informative and kept in good contact with us, and we enjoy this day. Will probably do it again sometime down the road."

"There was a groups of 6 there for the world national fishing tournament for the high school! Perfect place on the water with the ramp right beside us. Only bad thing was the walkway to the boat slip was underwater but that was beyond any control of the owner! Perfect location on the water. Easy to walk down to the water and great place to stay! "

"We stayed here for 3 nights to enjoy some riding out on the rocks with the kids!! The host was excellent with communication and helping us with anything we needed! The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and to be able to make our meals while there. Loved the hot tub and the lake views!! It was too cold while we were there but I want to definitely book again to take advantage of the lake access!! "

"Great Property. Great views. Accommodated 13 adults. Pool was awesome. Plenty is tvs. AC worked great. Drier didn't work. No laundry detergent. If the wind blows from the north, there is an inescapable livestock smell. There was always tons of flies everywhere probably due to the proximity of livestock. I never saw so many flies in my life and they were irritating. The tap water smelled. The positives outweighed the negatives. We had a good time."

"We take a yearly friends and family trip every summer. Typically we go on a float trip but decided to do a lake trip this year. We knew we would need a large house as our group consisted of 15 adults and this house was more than perfect. We did have a couple of small issues and the property manager was right on top of getting them fixed. I would not hesitate to stay here again. "

"It was a fantastic stay especially for the price. We travel a lot both in the US and out. We have stayed in much more expensive and “fancier” places but none beat the overall experience here. Service, comfort, cleanliness all were exceptional. We stayed 4 nights and every night was quiet and never heart any noises outside our room. The lady at the front desk (wish I had gotten her name) we an absolute jewel- super sweet and helpful. The breakfast was actually really good too. "
