Step back in time at this quaint 50's style mayberry cottage by the lake. Whether you'd like to enjoy the quiet view from the window seat in the master bedroom or fish by dock with friends and family, this cottage is sure to meet all your needs. Featured in this cozy 2B1B cottage is a secondary sitting that also doubles as a bedroom/desk area, a screened in porch, a huge backyard for kids to play, and a boathouse for your boat. Come enjoy everything this cottage by the lake has to offer.

-Pets allowed with a 100$ non-refundable fee. (Dogs only)

-All trash must be bagged.

Relaxing property in a great location.

This property was clean and provided all the amenities needed. Also, the property was situated in a great location, close to a variety of public boat ramps and in a wind-protected cove. The boat house made it convenient to dock the boat and break for lunch.

Relax getaway

My husband and myself need some alone relax time and this place did the trick. It was a nice, cozy, warm place right on the lake. We would definitely stay thee again. Close enough to towns if we wanted to get out, or need anything. Next Time we may bring our children..

Perfect on Lake Palestine

We could not ask for a more perfect stay on the lake! House was extremely clean, well stocked and peaceful. Wonder boat dock and screened in porch. We will return soon! Hostess was excellent.

Brief getaway

House is nicely decorated and especially clean. Well stocked, comfortable and great access and view of lake. Quiet neighborhood. Host very nice. Older home with nice updates. Ideal location for boat owner to stay but we only fished (unsuccessfully) briefly from nice boat dock.

Woman's retreat

The house is very cozy, very well stocked with about everything you could need.Even night crawlers were in the frig @ boat dock. There were 5 of us women over 60. just what we needed to visit - relax! Back porch lite needs to be fixed..but other than that, we had a great 3 day stay. Thank you

Our family really loved this place. It is very homey and inviting. The backyard leading right into the lake was amazing. Communication with the host was always prompt when we had questions. The dogs loved running around. We would definitely love to come back.

Wonderful Lake Cottage

Property was everything it was advertised as, and even more. Perfect location and very quiet. Host was extremely helpful, and we plan on coming back many times. It is perfect for adults with small kids or adults only.

Perfect weekend getaway

A perfect little cottage for a weekend getaway for us. Was quiet, beautiful, and clean. Could not of asked for a better place to relax, fish, and swim right from the dock. Can’t wait to go again!

4 day fishing trip. accommodations were great, fishing dock is awesome. Fishing was awesome and the stay was not like any other rental it was more homeish. I enjoyed the sytay and will definitely be back.

Amazing. Perfect for family of 4-6. Game room was awesome and perfect for our 10 and 7 year old. We fished every day. Cottage was clean and super cute. We will be back. Amazing communication and we had zero issues. We will be back. Thank you !!
