I booked for my husband, traveling solo from fire assignment. Nice hot shower. He said it was the first good night sleep he had in a month and he was able to sleep the full night which means the bed was comfortable and the AC was cold. Cold working AC was really important to him for sleep and he didn’t mention it so I’m sure it was good. That was one reason I selected this property over others along his trip back home. He enjoyed most of the breakfast. He’s an early riser and appreciative of an early breakfast. Staff were helpful and kind.

Really friendly and helpful staff! Our key card was not working as a result of a faulty door lock. They immediately offered to change our room with no hesitation. We were traveling with children and requested a bottom room. They made sure we got that bottom room, and poolside so our boys were close by. Breakfast area very clean and stocked. Everyone there was very polite. I enjoyed our stay there.

Good for what we needed

This hotel was what we need after a long day on our motorcycles. Room was a little small but doable. The hot tub was a welcome site and it and pool were clean. It is not in an area with a lot of restaurants only one we could walk to were McDonald’s and Jack in the Box. There was a full breakfast in the morning. I would stay here again.

Amazing Staff

I’ve stays at this hotel anytime I’m in Needles. The staff is always amazing, very friendly and helpful. It’s an older property but it’s in good condition.
