"Professional customer services, I loved"

"The room that I was assigned had a terrible smell. I tried to ignore it but it was to strong, hard to breathe. The sheets had stains here n there. I went to speak with front desk and asked if it would be possible to change rooms due to my room having a strong smell. By this time my eyes were burning and had a headache cuz of the smell. I informed her that there was some box on the night stand connected to the outlet and did not know what it was. Front desk stated that it was not suppose to be there and that it was to control the odor. So I'm like.. well its not working. Front desk was nice and worked with me and switched me to another room where there was no smell and slept comfortably."

"The hotel has been renovated to the point that it is stark. The bed is as hard as a rock. The room for disabilities that I had had a tub. This would not be considered ADA compliant. Fortunately, I was able to carefully enter and exit the tub. The rest of the so -called drawers to place your clothing in is ridiculous. Everything is out in the open and not something I'd leave my clothing in. The hotel is not a new one to me. I have stayed there before and found it a nice place. Now the rooms are not inviting from the cabinets to the bed."

"We were traveling for a school function and appreciated the buffet meals that were included with the stay. The food was good and was way more convenient and cost effective than having to find a restaurant that would accommodate a large group. We will be back again and recommend!"

"They really need to clean the rooms at all! The carpets were so dirty, that we found trash from other guests. We also can hear what the next room was doing. The breakfast was poor, that we couldn’t found spread cheese for 2 days! We preferred to have breakfast at Whataburger. In the parking lot, there were a lot of cats and they damaged the car’s hood."
