"Room was neat and clean but strong odour from being smoked in. Very noisy from rooms through walls. Didn’t have much sleep. Ladies at front bar check in were ok but seemed a little preoccupied. For the price was ok."
"Very well kept property, owner was happy to allow for a late check in too which was amazing! Would've been even more perfect if they had a microwave but no complaints at all"
Bronte Manor, Wuthering Heights ~ min. 4 people - dog friendly

"It was lovely little house in middle of nowhere. Loved the quiet nature around us. We would have preferred to be closer to town so could go to restaurants but in the end we enjoyed just staying in and cook there. Upstairs bedroom was bit too scary for our age ladies. Luckily enough beds downstairs. Hosts have been wonderful to contact with. "
"We only stayed one night but loved the property and newly renovated room with balcony overlooking the pool. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent with happy hour before with wine and beer only $8. Def will be back one day. Clare is a lovely village with great cafes for coffee"
"Cabin was quite shabby. TV didn't work and it took until the following day to fix it. Then the toilet failed to flush and that took time to fix. When wet, the bathroom floor was extremely slippery and dangerous. When I checked on-line, I found that I had been charged a lot more than the advertised rate. Was told by office, that they put price up when demand was high."
"An amazing property tucked away, in what felt like in the middle of nowhere, though only 10 minutes to the centre of Clare. Cottage has been beautifully maintained and authentic to its period. Comfortable beds and all necessary appliances etc. Would definitely stay there again."
Homely Cottage nestled in the award-winning Heritage Garden
10/10 Excellent
"This little cottage was straight out of a Fairy Story. Stone walls with climbing roses adorning. Furniture and features authentically curated. A welcoming cheese platter and local wine. Comfy bed and a friendly local puppy. We had to unfortunately shorten our stay but hopefully will return."
"Our room was ok but unfortunately we were a few feet away from the pubs beer garden. So any smokers would smoke out of the beer garden in the car park and next to our room, the smoke wafted i into our room.
But the worst part was being there on a Friday night they had a band playing in the beer garden, and being so close it was extremely loud, no way you could sleep through it, let alone hear the TV without it being turned up to the max.
We tried to swap rooms but were told thr hotel is full.
So overall a terrible experience."
"Amazing little find on the Yorkes, beautifully presented home. Beach front views to die for. We enjoyed kayaking and SUP boarding in the morning and when the tide went out we enjoyed Walk to Yorke paths with our dog. 100% we will be back. I was so sad to leave this beach front home. Emily (host) your creative touch did not go unnoticed . "
