Welcome to Lakeside Cove, a spacious, resort-style lakefront home on the public side of Lake Anna—perfectly designed for families and groups to gather, relax, and reconnect.



**Exceptional Lakefront Living**

Set on a quiet cove with private water access, Lakeside Cove offers serene views, expansive outdoor living, and resort-style amenities. Enjoy coffee on the screened-in porch, unwind in the hot tub, or head down to the private double-decker boat dock for a swim or sunset paddle in our kayaks or paddleboard. With two kitchens, multiple gathering spaces, and outdoor fun for all ages, this is lake life at its best.

Whether you’re here for a quiet weekend or a full-family vacation, Lakeside Cove delivers a luxury experience with room to roam. Enjoy:

- Double-decker boat dock with swim platform, jet ski dock and sundeck

- In-ground pool (not heated) (seasonal - Memorial Day through Labor Day) and private hot tub

- Fire pit with built-in stone seating

- Screened-in porch and outdoor dining areas

- Game room with arcade games, ping pong, and pool

- Yard games, picnic areas, and lakeside lounging

- Oversized driveway and RV/carport parking for maximum of 10 vehicles

**Fully Equipped for a Seamless Stay**

This home includes everything you need for an easy, comfortable stay:

- Two full kitchens and a coffee bar

- Smart TVs, games, and books throughout

- Washer and Dryer on both levels

- Keyless entry and high-speed Wi-Fi

- Fresh linens, towels, hair dryers, and essentials provided



Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the home, fire pit, hot tub, in-ground pool, dock, boat house, boat ramp (keycard for access is in the home; $150 replacement fee if lost), driveway, garage, and all indoor and outdoor spaces.

A pontoon boat is available to rent and can be delivered the dock—no trailering or pickup needed. Just coordinate with our trusted partner, DV Rentals LKA.

**Additional Information**

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- 12 Adults Maximum (16 Max Guests)

- Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Free Parking for 10 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Parties, Events, Outside Guests, or Indoor Smoking

- No Pets

-Guests do not have access to the boat lift at the dock



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

We use keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
