The BBQ needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The collected food/fat residue caught alight when using it.Never had any idea as to when and where the garbage was supposed to move to, on whatever the collection day, so the two bins filled up by the Wednesday of the stay and started attracting flies and emitted a bad smell.The shower door in our bathroom kept collapsing inward but was promptly repaired by Cosego. Whoever initially installed those sliding doors should be fired! The kitchen equipment was fantastic and well looked after. The canoe was great and used a lot. The response from Cosego, when called, was exceptional - Kudos to them.I realize that it’s a supply and demand pricing issue but, as far as fair market price goes, this was overpriced, specifically for this property which is obviously rather old and could do with a thorough upgrade. I would not want to stay here again, even over July 4th, for the rate we were charge.I will however not have a problem booking through Cosego/VRBO in the future
