Edgewater Escape is a large open floor plan, waterfront home with two main level bedrooms and two additional rooms on lower level. Plenty of space for the family to spread out. Ping pong table, Shuffleboard, kayaks and more!. Easy walk to waterfront and tie up for your boat. Large deck overlooking water and covered deck off master. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Close & secure the hot tub cover, set the temperature to 98°, and clean up any trash around the area.
Return all lake gear, such as kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, paddles, and life jackets, to their original location.
Any furniture that was moved, put back in its original spo
Bag all trash and place it in the outdoor bins by the garage. Do not move the bins, and do not leave any loose trash outside due to animals.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rules
Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee, which does not cover any damages.
