"We were greeted by a very friendly staff member, after having a chat and completing our check in , we were very happy with our allotted room . The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. A very quiet place to stay within easy walking distance to Lake Colac , botanical gardens and many eateries including the RSL which is across the road. Probably the only complaint as with many motels is the 1 ply toilet paper , nothing that $3 couldn’t fix 😊 We were very happy with our choice to stay here"

The cottage itself is enchanting, cozy, with clear windows everywhere that frame the outdoor forest and bring the cottage to life with living art. Its a really stunning spot with the walk down to the billabong and surrounding bush. The flaura and Fauna is amazing. As soon as you drive down the driveway to the secluded cottage you are transported into a world of wonderment. One of a kind type of accomodation. Owner couldnt be more helpful when i had a last minute request. "
