"It was double booked. I arrived at 8pm with my 3 children, and there was another family staying there. I contacted the host, who was very apologetic and called expedia to find a solution. No contact was made, no solution was answered. I was left to find accommodation at the extreme last minute on my own. And no refund has been provided. I have booked many trips through Expedia, and expected better."

"The property was as described, but the shower area was a bit dirty and no night curtains (only net for daytime) on the bedroom windows was a drawback. Also a very noisy bathroom ventilator pump, but I know that is not unusual"
