Property located on the main floor of a large 16th-century Mallorcan ‘possessió’ (estate) located 15 minutes from Palma de Mallorca and 3 kilometres from Bunyola. The property was renovated in 2014, respecting its history and age, creating a balance between a functional 21st-century home and Mallorcan tradition. The property is located in the Serra de Tramuntana, in an idyllic setting on a fully functioning livestock farm. The house consists of: entrance hall, large living room, second living room with television, spacious dining room, kitchen with office area. Three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Large outdoor area with orange grove, 10x3.5 m swimming pool and large solarium. From 2026, the house will have partial air conditioning, located in the master bedroom, adjoining lounge and large lounge.
The tranquillity and peaceful atmosphere are ideal for our guests who are looking to get away from it all while still being connected to the city and beaches of our wonderful island.

Wir waren mit der Familie in diesem Haus. Es liegt ruhig auf dem Land, gleichzeitig ist Palma nur 15 Minuten entfernt.
Man wird von den Schafen geweckt und blickt vom Schlafzimmer auf Palma.
Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder.
Es ist ein wunderschönes Regionaltypisches Anwesen. Sehr große Flächen, da fühlt man sich fast wie ein Schloßherr 😊 und doch haben wir uns nicht verloren gefühlt in dem großen Haus, es hat genau gepasst. Obwohl es nicht Klimatisiert ist, konnten wir mit dem richtigen Lüften der Räume ein gutes Klima erzeugen, es war top angenehm. In dem Pool konnten wir mit unserer kleinen Tochter wunderbar spielen und rumtoben. Wir haben schon für das nächste mal gebucht.
Das Anwesen ist nicht weit von Bunyola und auch Palma ist gut und schnell zu erreichen - super Anbindung!
Dennoch ist es ruhig gelegen, dass man die Zeit für sich hat und Erholung findet!
