"We needed a short stay while our house was being built and this home was very comfortable and located close to everything. We didn’t even realize there were neighbors because the house is surrounded by trees in a quiet neighborhood. John was quick to reply with our questions. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this modern charm. "

"We received zero communication from the property owner regarding the check in procedure, access code, etc., despite numerous messages sent. There was zero response. We had to escalate the issue to VRBO and they were also unable to get in touch with the property owner. This resulted in our reservation being cancelled the evening we were supposed to check and scrambling to find alternative accommodations last minute. "
"We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was excellent.We book VRBO because we like to cook and enjoy meals together. Dining seating matched the home capicity plus there was additional seating in the kitchen. The kitchen was adequately supplied with pots/pans, basic utensils. There is a comfortable patio with seating for outside lounging. Our hostess was very responsive! We would book this property again. Be advised, you can use the parking lot at the pool for overflow parking but you cannot use the pool."
