"The location is PERFECT -- away from the constant noise of Santa Maria. We had two glitches -- the keycard stopped working the second day we were there, and the electrical storm tripped a breaker that required a manual reset on the breaker board. Both were handled well. My only complaint has to do with trash. We were instructed to "contact security" for instructions n where to place trash. The phone in the unit does not work, and security personnel at the hotel had no idea what to tell us. Please update checkout instructions to better reflect what to do with trash."

"The property needs a bit of updating , it was nice but tired looking .Definitely needs more fans or air-conditioning as extremely hot in the property, 2 fans for the whole house is not nearly enough.Lots of beach equipment, chairs umbrellas available to use from the property.Over all nice place to stay ."

"Ich hatte zwei Kakerlaken bei mir im Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage hat laut gequietscht und wurde auf Nachfrage nicht repariert. Das Gym war nicht gut ausgestattet. Das Restaurant war gut. Der Strand wunderschön!"

"I could not praise the staff enough at this hotel - they are all so friendly, helpful and super attentive. The food options were excellent and the buffet meals changed daily (with a few consistent staples. Whilst I agree with some reviews that the rooms are a bit outdated - they were always cleaned properly. The rest of the hotel was not outdated (and who spends enough time in the hotel room to care about it being outdated) and had a good blend of natural elements to make every part of the hotel enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this hotel. "
